Data Retention Policy

This Data Retention Policy outlines how long Digitized Kosmos retains client records, lead generation information, job applications, and marketing analytics.

1. Retention Schedule for Business Leads

We retain business inquiries, contact forms submissions, and lead attribution parameters for a period of 24 months to support follow-up services and optimize conversion analytics, after which data is archived or securely purged.

2. Candidate Resumes and Application Data

Resumes, portfolios, and interview review notes submitted for career openings are retained for up to 12 months in our secure talent pool to contact candidates for future roles, unless deletion is requested.

3. Client Project Data and API Audits

Active client records and custom API routing history are maintained throughout the service agreement duration plus 3 years for financial, legal, and operational compliance audit trails.
