Please read these Terms of Service carefully before downloading the DK Headless API for WordPress plugin or registering for the DK Pro waitlist. By utilizing our software, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Software Usage and License
The core DK Headless API for WordPress plugin is open-source software distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPLv2). You are permitted to modify, fork, and distribute the core package in accordance with GPL guidelines. Pro features and credentials keys may be subject to additional license controls.
2. Acceptable Software Usage
You agree not to modify or bypass license validation keys, execute automated vulnerability scans without written authorization, or deploy DK Headless API to host platforms violating local or international laws. Violating these usage terms may result in revocation of your API keys.
3. Future Pro Subscription Terms
DK Pro subscription features site-locked license keys. Annual and monthly billing plans are subject to recurring authorization. Access to Pro API key gateways and endpoints customizers requires a valid, active subscription account.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
DK Headless API is provided 'as-is' with all faults. Digitized Kosmos disclaims all express or implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our software will operate uninterrupted or be compatible with future WordPress releases.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Digitized Kosmos, its directors, or developers be liable for database corruptions, server downtimes, data breaches, or lost revenues arising from the use of custom REST API configurations, whitelisted CORS domains, or disabled frontend templates.
